The mastery of each of the competencies showcases the extent of capabilities and comprehensive knowledge a learning designer possesses. Take a look at the following to acquaint yourself with my skills and what I can provide to you.

Communication
I communicate clearly in writing and speaking, meeting expectations for content, purpose, organization, audience, and format.
This whitepaper demonstrates my strong written communication skills as well as my ability to organize my thoughts in a logical manner and provide ample evidence to support my ideas with proper citations. It highlights my proficiency to tailor communications to suit the intended audience, employing appropriate sentence structures, and adhering to Standard Written English conventions. Moreover, it reflects my commitment to professionalism through the creation of polished and well-presented documents.
Critical Thinking & Analysis
I apply logical processes to formulate clear, defensible ideas based on the analysis of facts and ethical considerations.
This Instructional Problem Analysis and Framing Strategy document demonstrates my exceptional skills in analyzing a given instructional problem and framing all the information to create a focus statement to guide the Learning Design Process.
I effectively address the issue by identifying and articulating it clearly. I framed the problem by gathering and evaluating relevant information in a logical and contextual manner, and using the information to develop a well-reasoned conclusion to develop a focus statement.

Quantitative Reasoning
I use mathematical information, operations, and quantitative analyses to solve problems and inform decision-making.
This spreadsheet is a clear demonstration of my quantitative analysis and reasoning. It showcases my ability to gather quantitative data, and employ software applications and analytic tools to analyze, visualize, and present data to inform decision-making and arrive at a correct or optimal solution.
Leadership, Facilitation, and Collaboration
I lead, facilitate, and collaborate with a variety of individuals and diverse teams to
achieve organizational objectives
Both the Brain Rehabilitation Project's Proposal Presentation and Design and Implementation Document demonstrate the successfulness of my leadership, facilitation, and collaboration skills. As a team, the Innovative Learning Solutions team conducted multiple collaborative sessions spanning across different time zones. As a leader, I led zoom sessions and facilitated discussions, supported the other members, helped generate ideas, and initiated email threads to keep communication organized. As an engaged and collaborative member of the team, I contributed well-thought out ideas, and materials/documents to team projects.
Learning Design
I demonstrate competency in learning theory, curriculum design techniques, teaching and instruction, and the assessment of learning and the learning process.
The infographic segments demonstrate my ability to evaluate learning design models and discuss their impact on the design of learning experiences. While the course design document for a multi-module training course for Native English Teachers demonstrates my comprehensive understanding and competency of learning design theory, curriculum design techniques, assessment of learning and the entire learning process. It shows my exceptional ability to employ curriculum design techniques to develop technology-enhanced learning experiences.
Learning Analytics
I can apply mathematical operations, analytical concepts and operations, and analytic tools to address problems and inform decision making that optimize the teaching and learning process.
This research analysis presentation is a clear demonstration of my exceptional skill in data analysis and in developing visual representations of data. I gathered and analyzed information to address the issue regarding online group work and employed appropriate mathematical or statistical operations to develop visual representations to improves decision-making processes. I was able to identify and reach well-reasoned and optimal solutions/recommendation for educators in this research analysis.
Technology and Media
I can demonstrate competency in media production, communication, and
dissemination techniques and methods.
The multimedia presented here is a testament to my abilities in media production and my knowledge of computer hardware and software applications. The video was developed using Adobe to enhance the training module and provide a different method of learning for learners. The video follows multimedia design principles and employs accessibility accommodations.

Project Management
I can lead learning design projects targeted to specific institutional needs, priorities, and strategies.
Through the Consultancy project, I applied project management techniques to plan and manage a learning design project for a client requiring an orientation training course. I demonstrated exceptional competency in project management through clear and concise scope of work, setting milestones and metrics, and engaging stakeholders in collaboration to design.
